摘 要:目的了解结核病患者肺炎衣原体(CP)感染血清CXCR7、CXCR4、Hsp-60水平的表达,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法收集2013年8-12月医院收治的60例结核病患者(观察组)的首次血清,应用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)方法检测CP-IgM抗体,对照组为同期门诊健康体检健康人群109名;应用ELISA方法检测血清CXCR7、CXCR4、Hsp-60水平,数据采用GraphPad Prism 5.0软件进行分析。结果观察组患者中CP-IgM阳性17例,阳性率28.30%,对照组CP-IgM阳性29人,阳性率26.61%;观察组感染患者血清Hsp-60、CXCR7、CXCR4水平均高于未感染患者(P<0.05);肺炎衣原体感染时,血清CXCR7、CXCR4水平较未感染CP的人群高(P<0.05)。结论 CP感染可诱导炎性反应,检测血清细胞因子和趋化因子水平有助于了解CP慢性隐性感染。OBJECTIVE To investigate the expressions of serum .CXCR7, CXCR4 and Hsp-60 in tuberculosis complicated with Chlamydia pneumonia (CP) infection. METHODS Bloods were obtained from a total number of 60 patients with tuberculosis hospitalized in Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center affiliated to Fudan Universit from Aug. to Dec. 2013. Totally 109 age-matched healthy people were recruited as the normal control group. Anti-CP lgM (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) was measured in the sera of all participants. According to the results of cP-igM, the subjects were divided into four groups: co-infeCtion group, tuberculosis infection group, Cp infection group and non-infection group . Serum CXCR7, CXCR4 and Hsp-60 levels were detected by ELISA. GraphPad Prism 5.0 was explored to statistically analyze the 'data..; RESULTS A total of 1,7 cases were positive in CP-IgM detection in the 60 tuberculosis patients and the positive rate was 28.33 %. In the control group, the pro- poi'tion:was 26.61%. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Those infected with Cp pro7, duced _higher serum Hsp-60, CXCRT, CXCR4 than the patients without infections (P〈0.05). Regardless of coinfection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis or single infection, Cp infection resulted in significantly enhanced secretion of serum CXCR7 and CXCR4 (P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION Cp infection displayed enhanced inflammatory response, therefore, detection of serum cytokines and chemokines may contribute to understanding chronic Cp infections which were chronic, persistent, and often asymptomatie.
