女性生殖道分泌物支原体属培养与药敏分析

摘　　要：目的了解女性生殖道解脲脲支原体(Uu)和人支原体(Mh)感染率及其药敏结果,为提高临床治疗效果提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2012年1月-2013年12月8 731份女性生殖道分泌物标本支原体属培养结果,数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果 8 731份女性生殖道分泌物标本中检出阳性共3 946份,阳性率为45.2%,其中Uu感染率为75.1%,Mh感染率为1.3%,Uu+Mh混合感染率为23.5%;Uu对多西环素、米诺环素、克拉霉素、交沙霉素和阿奇霉素敏感率较高,均>69.0%;Mh对多西环素、米诺环素和交沙霉素敏感率较高,均>83.0%;Mh+Uu对多西环素和米诺环素敏感率较高,均>82.0%。结论女性泌尿生殖道支原体属感染率较高,不同支原体属对抗菌药物敏感性不同,临床应根据药敏试验结果,合理使用抗菌药物。OBJECTIVE To survey the infection situation and antimicrobial susceptibility of Ureaplasrna urealyticum （Uu） and Mycoplasma hominis （Mh） in patients with vaginal secretion, so as to provide guidance for rational clinical treatment. METHODS Totally 8731 samples of vaginal secretion were analyzed retrospectively from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2013 in our hospital. SPSS 16.0 was adopted to statistically analyze the data. RESULTS There were 3946 samples who showed Mycoplasma infections, accounting for 45.2 %. Among them, the positive rates of Uu monoinfection, Mh monoinfection and Uu-Mh coinfectlon were 75.1%, 1.3% and 23.5%, respectively. The antimicrobial susceptibility of Uu monoinfection to doxycycline, minocycline, clarithromycin, josamycin, and azithromycin were all over 69.0%. The antimicrobial susceptibility of Mh monoinfection to doxycycline, minocy- cline, and josamycin were 91.8%, 91.8% and 83.2%, respectively. The antimicrobial susceptibility of Uu-Mh coinfection to doxycycline and minocycline were 82.7% and 86.2 %. CONCLUSION The infection rates of Myco- plasma is increased in the genital tract of females, and different species of Mycoplasmashowed different antimicrobial susceptibility. The rational therapy of Mycoplasma infections should be based on the result of Mycoplasma culture and its antimicrobial susceptibility.
