摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期妇女阴道微生态失衡状况,对妊娠期妇女微生态进行评估,为临床诊治妊娠妇女假丝酵母菌病提供参考依据。方法选取2013年8月-2015年6月在门诊就诊的妊娠妇女60例为妊娠组,同期选取非妊娠健康妇女60名为非妊娠组,分别采集其阴道分泌物检测阴道微生态平衡状态,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果妊娠组妇女阴道pH值为3.76±0.20,非妊娠组为4.11±0.15,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);妊娠组妇女阴道微生态失衡和外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的发生率分别高达36.67%和13.33%,均明显高于非妊娠组的16.67%和3.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠导致妇女阴道微生态发生明显改变,表现为阴道pH值下降,微生态失衡比例升高和外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病发生率升高。OBJECTIVE To observe.the imbalance of vaginal microecosystem of the pregnant women and evaluate the vaginal microecosystem so as to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of candidiasis in the pregnant women. METHODS A total of 60 pregnant women who were treated in the outpatient department from Aug 2013 to Jun 2015 were enrolled in the study and were chosen as the pregnancy group, meanwhile, 60 healthy non- pregnancy women were set as the non-pregnancy group. The vaginal secretions specimens were collected for the detection of vaginal microecosystem, and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 17.0 software. RESULTS The vaginal pH value of the pregnancy group was 3.76 ± 0.20, the non-pregnancy group 4.11±0.15, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The incidence of imbalance of vaginal microecosystem of the pregnancy group was 36.67 %, significantly higher than 16.67 % of the non-pregnancy group; the incidence of vulvovaginal candidiasis of the pregnancy group was 13.33%, significantly higher than 3.33% of the non-pregnancy group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The pregnancy may result in the remarkable change of vaginal microecosystem, which is characterized by the decrease of vaginal pH value, elevated proportion of imbalance of microecosystem, and increage of incidence of vulvovaginal candidiasis.
