糖尿病患者口腔真菌感染的临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的综合分析糖尿病患者口腔真菌感染的临床治疗效果,为治疗糖尿病合并口腔真菌感染患者提供科学的数据参考。方法随机选择2013年3月-2014年4月医院确诊为糖尿病合并口腔真菌感染患者的临床资料64例,并按照不同的治疗方法分为试验组与对照组,各32例;试验组应用抗真菌药物+舌体涂抹抗真菌药粉的治疗方法,对照组应用抗真菌药物+生理盐水的治疗方法,比较两组患者的治疗效果,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果试验组的总有效率为96.57%、对照组为81.12%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);共检出83株病原菌,以白色假丝酵母菌为主,共45株占51.10%;白色假丝酵母菌、光滑假丝酵母菌对伏立康唑、氟康唑高度敏感,敏感率均>93.00%。结论在临床中通过应用抗真菌药物+舌体涂抹抗真菌药粉的治疗方法,对糖尿病合并口腔真菌感染患者的治疗效果较理想。OBJECTIVE To comprehensively analyze the effect of clinical treatment of oral fungal infections in patients with diabetic mellitus so as to provide scientific basis for treatment of the diabetic mellitus patients complicated with oral fungal infections. METHODS A total of 64 patients with confirmed diabetic mellitus complicated with oral fungal infections who were treated in the hospitals from Mar 2013 to Apr 2014 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the treatment method, with 32 cases in each. The experimental group was given the antifungal therapy, and the control group was treated with the conventional normal saline. The therapeutic effect was observed and compared between the two groups of patients, and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 17.0 software. RESULTS The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.57%, the control group 81.12%, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Totally 83 strains of pathogens were isolated, of which 51.10% （45 strains） were Candida albicans. The C. albicans and Candida glabrata were highly sensitive to voriconazole and flu- eonazole, with the drug susceptibility rates more than 93.00 %. CONCLUSION The antifungal therapy can achieve favorable effect on clinical treatment of the diabetic mellitus patient complicated with oral fungal infections.
