摘　　要：目的分析医院感染的情况,为做好医院感染控制工作提供参考依据。方法回顾性调查2012-2013年15 335例住院患者临床资料,比较医院感染率及医院重点部位环境细菌监测。结果 2012年一~四季度住院患者感染率分别为1.99%、1.89%、2.42%、2.03%,2013年一~四季度住院患者感染率分别为1.73%、1.72%、2.22%、2.15%,各季度感染率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;医院重点部位环境监测合格率以消毒液、压力灭菌器和灭菌后医疗物品最高100.00%,医务人员手卫生合格率最低,2012及2013年医务人员手卫生合格率分别为82.22%和84.11%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论医院感染感染率调查分析更加了解医院感染情况,有针对性的采取相关措施,以降低医院感染的发生率。OBJECTIVE To analyze the infection condition in recent two years in our hospital so as to provide the basis for clinical control of the infections. METHODS The clinical data of 15 335 inpatients admitted from 2012 to 2013 were retrospectively investigated. And the hospital infection rates were compared and main infective places in the hospital were monitored. RESULTS The 2012 quarterly prevalence rates were 1.99%, 1.89%, 2.42%, and 2.03%, while 2013 quarterly prevalence rates were 1.73%, 1.72%, 2.22%, and 2.15%. Differences of each quarter infection rates were significant （x^2 = 72, P〈0.05）. The environmental monitoring showed that the quali- fication rates in key sites of the hospital were the highest in disinfectant, pressure sterilizer and medical goods after sterilization. And the hand hygiene of medical staff had the lowest passing rate of 82.22 % and 84.11% respectively in 2012 and 2013. The differences were significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The investigation survey helps to deep understand the infection condition of the hospital and we need to take related measures so that the infection rate canbe reduced.
