高压蒸汽灭菌包内化学指示剂与PCD批量监测效果研究

摘　　要：目的调查两种化学指示剂在高压蒸汽灭菌中的监测效果,了解两种化学指示剂灵敏度,确保消毒灭菌效果,保障医院平战时消毒灭菌物品供应。方法于2014年9月选择了器械包、敷料包、应急采血物资包、铺巾包各50个,每个包在同一部位放置两种3M化学指示剂和1种3M生物指示剂,分5锅次灭菌完成,对比灭菌合格率,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 1250多参数包内化学指示卡检测器械包合格率为78.0%、敷料包为96.0%、应急采血物资包为94.0%、铺巾包为98.0%;1243A综合参数包内化学指示卡监测灭菌合格率100.0%;1292嗜热脂肪杆菌指示剂监测灭菌合格率100.0%;每锅次41360化学过程挑战检测装置(PCD)和1292生物测试包监测合格率100.0%。结论 PCD批量监测可以保证锅内所有灭菌物品安全合格;在紧急情况下,可以用含有第五类化学指示剂的PCD进行监测,提前放行植入型医疗器械。OBJECTIVE To observe the monitoring efficacy of chemical indicators and PCD in the high-pressure steam sterilization and understand the sensitivity of the two kinds of indicators so as to ensure the disinfection and sterilization efficacy and guarantee the supply of disinfection and sterilization materials in hospitals in peace time and war time. METHODS The monitoring efficacy was assessed in the sterilization of the four kinds of medical bags, including instrument sets, dressing bags, blood-collecting bags and gauze bags, with 50 bags of each kind. Two kinds of 3M chemical indicators and one kind of 3M biological indicator were put in the same place in each bag. The bags were sterilized for sterilizing pots. The sterilization qualification rates were compared. The Software SPSS 17. 0 was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS The 1250 pack interior chemical indicative card showed that the sterilization qualification rate was 78.0% for instrument sets, 96.0% for dressing bags, and 98.0% for gauze bags. The 1243A comprehensive pack interior chemical indicative card showed that the sterilization qualification rates were 100.0%. The sterilization qualification rate was 100.0% for the monitoring of 1292 Bacillus stearotherrnophilus indicator. Chemical 41360 PCD and 1292 biological indicator showed that the sterilization quality rates were 100.0%. CONCLUSION Batch monitoring of PCD can guarantee the safety and qualification of all sterilized materials in the pot. In emergency, PCD containing the five type chemical indicators can be used for monitoring and placed in implantable instruments in advance.
