摘 要:目的探讨全自动清洗消毒器的清洗程序验证方法,以验证全自动清洗消毒器的每个程序是否适合所对应的清洗物品,确保清洗有效。方法选择临床使用后污染器械,立即回收到消毒供应中心,按照结构进行分类,选择其中最具有清洗难度的器械进行最大量装载,按照手术器械清洗程序进行清洗,然后验证全自动清洗消毒器的温度和时间是否在规定误差范围之内,并验证程序设定的抽取清洗剂和润滑剂的量是否精准,最后用目测、带光源的放大镜、ATP检测的方法检测器械的清洗质量是否合格,三者均通过说明该清洗程序有效。结果 3种方法器械清洗效果合格率在70.00%~99.37%,其中全自动清洗消毒器Ebro温度测试合格率均为100.00%,清洗剂、润滑剂抽取量精准,延长了120s主洗时间后测试合格率均达到100.00%。结论全自动清洗消毒器的清洗程序验证要全面检测设备的温度、时间、清洗剂、润滑剂的抽液量是否精准,合理的设置清洗程序的时间,能够有效的提高清洗质量。OBJECTIVE To discuss the assessment measures of the process of automatic washer-disinfector so as to verify if each cycle is suitable for the corresponding washing instruments to ensure effective washing. METHODS Polluted instruments after use were chosen and sent to sterilization and supply center immediately. They were clarified according to structures. The hardest to wash instruments were loaded with maximum capacity. The surgery instruments were washed according to the washing cycles. The temperature and time of automatic washer-disinlector were assessed to see if they were within an error range and the abluent and lubricant set by the cycle were also assessed to see if the doses set were accurate. The visual inspection, magnifier with light and ATP inspection were adopted to check if the instruments were clean enough. If the assessment can satisfied the requirements of these steps, then the cleaning cycle was effective. RESULTS The eligible rate of automatic washer-disinfector Ebro in temperature test was 100.00%. The injection volumes of detergent and lubricant were accurate. The eligible rates of washing effect resulted from the three kinds of evaluating methods were between 70.00% and 99.00%, but they could reach 100.00% with an extra 120 s of washing. CONCLUSION The cleaning cycle of automatic washer-disinfector should be validated in terms of temperature, duration, detergent and lubricant quantities. Only under the circumstances of the above-mentioned factors meeting the requirements can the cleaning quality be improved.
