摘  要:目的探讨不同清洗方法,对电凝钩器械上的污染物清洗效果的差异,为降低医疗成本提供参考依据。方法将2014年5月连续10d每天回收到消毒供应中心去污区的重复使用的电凝钩90把,随机分为A、B、C组,每组各30把;A组只用软毛刷刷洗,B组用3%过氧化氢溶液浸泡,C组用压力蒸汽喷枪处理,比较3组清洗效果,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果目测法A、B、C组的清洗合格率分别为23.33%、53.33%、100.00%;10倍光源放大镜法A、B、C组的清洗合格率分别为16.67%、50.00%、96.67%;ATP生物荧光检测法A、B、C组的清洗合格率分别为20.00%、46.67%、93.33%。结论使用压力蒸汽喷枪清洗污染电凝钩的方法,是一种高效的手术器械清洗方法。OBJECTIVE To discuss cleaning efficacy of different cleaning methods for contaminants on electric coagulation hooks to provide reference for reducing medical cost. METHODS Reusable electric coagulation hooks received by CSSD on each day during ten consecutive days in May, 2014 were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C, each group of 30 hooks,in total 90 hooks. In group A, only soft brushes were used for cleaning. In group B, 3% hydrogen peroxide solution was used for soaking. In group C, high-pressured steam spray gun was used for reprocessing. Then the cleaning efficacy was compared among the three groups. Data were statistically analyzed by software SPSS 17.0. RESULTS By visual inspection, the pass rate of cleaning of group A, group B and group C was 23.33%, 53.33%, 100.00% respectively. By 10 times magnifying glass method, the pass rate of group A, group B and group C was 16.67 %, 50.00%, 96.67 %. By ATP bioluminescence detection method, the pass rate of group A, group B and group C was 20.00%, 46.67%, 93.33%. CONCLUSION High-pressured steam spray gun used for cleaning electric coagulation hooks is an efficient tool for cleaning of surgical instruments.
