摘  要:目的对机械热力清洗消毒后氧气湿化瓶的储存时间进行研究,以降低患者呼吸道医院感染的发生。方法收集医院2011年清洗消毒后单独包装的氧气湿化瓶共400套,分别在高温霉雨季节(5~9月份)和低温干燥季节(11~3月份)进行保存,各200套,将消毒后的湿化瓶及内芯每隔5d用棉签涂擦法随机采样进行细菌培养,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果高温潮湿季节消毒后的湿化瓶在室温下存放100d,合格率为100.0%,第105天检出大肠埃希菌不合格;低温干燥季节消毒后的湿化瓶在室温下存放150d,合格率为100.0%,第155天检出金黄色葡萄球菌不合格。结论消毒供应中心根据季节发放氧气湿化瓶注明失效日期,减少科室因盲目重复消毒而增加工作量和资源浪费。OBJECTIVE To study the storage duration of oxygen filters after cleaning and disinfection by mechanical heat so as to reduce incidence of hospital respiratory infections. METHODS Totally 400 sets of sealed filters in the year 2011 were collected after cleaning and disinfection and stored in the wet season (May-Sep, 200 sets) and the cool and dry season (Nov. Mar. , 200 sets) respectively. After cleaning and disinfection, sampling was taken from filters and inner cores every five days for bacterial culture. The SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analy- sis. RESULTS The qualified rate was 100.0% at 100 clays of storage in the wet season, and Escherichia coli were detected as unqualified at 105 days. The qualified rate was 100.0% at 150 days of storage in the cool and dry season, and Staphylococcus aureus were detected as unqualified at 155 days. CONCLUSION Expiry date of the filters should be labeled according to seasons by the sterile center to reduce the phenomenon of overloaded work and resource waste due to blindly repeated disinfection.
