政治信任与内在效能感对基层选举投票的影响

摘　　要：现有研究对政治信任、内在效能感与城乡基层民主选举投票行为之间的关系存在争议。基于CGSS2010的大样本调查数据,本文定量研究了中国公民的政治信任和内在效能感对其参与城乡基层民主选举投票的影响。研究发现,公民对基层地方政府的信任程度显著影响到其参加城乡基层民主选举投票的行为,而内在效能感对公民参加基层民主选举的投票行为没有显著影响。考虑到当前公民对基层地方政府的信任程度不高,采取有效措施进一步提升公民对基层地方政府的信任,对于促进城乡基层民主持续发展具有重要意义。There are controversies in existing literature on the relationship between political trust,internal political efficacy and citizens＇ voting behavior in grassroots democratic elections in China.Based on a large sample survey data of Chinese General Social Survey 2010（CGSS 2010）,this paper quantitatively studies the impact that citizens＇ political trust and internal efficacy exert on their voting behavior in grassroots democratic elections across urban and rural China.Results show that,citizens＇ trust in the basic-level governments has a significant influence on their voting behavior in grassroots democratic elections, while their internal political efficacy is of no importance.Taking into account that current citizens＇ trust in grassroots governments is still not high,to take effective measures to further enhance citizens＇ trust in the grassroots governments is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of grassroots democracy in urban and rural China.
