摘　　要：胃促胰酶(chymase)是肥大细胞分泌的一种丝氨酸蛋白酶,近年来被发现参与炎症、纤维化等皮肤损伤愈合过程。本文就胃促胰酶的命名、分布、分型、在皮肤损伤愈合的作用及时间规律性做一综述,旨在对法医病理学皮肤损伤时间推断提供新的参考。Chymase is a mast cell-secreted serine protease, which is involved in inflammation and fibrosis in recent years in skin wound healing.
