腹腔镜手术在小儿普腹外科的临床应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨在小儿普腹外科中应用腹腔镜手术的临床价值。方法选取我院在2010年5月至2015年5月期间收治的行腹腔镜手术的患儿136例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其临床应用效果。结果完全在腹腔镜下完成手术的患儿119例,以腹腔镜为辅助手段进行切口的患儿例数为16例,转为开腹手术的患儿例数为1例,手术治愈率为99.26%。结论在小儿普腹外科中应用腹腔镜手术方法进行治疗有较为明显的效果,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To study the application in pediatric abdominal surgery in the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery. Methods： To choose the hospital in May 2010 to May 2015 line of laparoscopic surgery in our hospital 136 cases of children,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,summarized the clinical application effect. Results： Totally completed in laparoscopic surgery of 119 cases of laparoscopic as auxiliary means for the incision with the number of cases of 16 cases,converted to open operation of children cases for 1 case,cure rate is 99. 26%. Conclusion： The application of laparoscopic surgery in children＇s abdominal surgical method to treat have evident effect,worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
