摘　　要：本文通过统计分析国家安全监管总局在全国安全监管监察系统开展的干部教育培训需求调研结果,指出了当前我国安全监管监察干部教育培训工作现状和存在的主要问题,提出了增强我国安全监管监察干部教育培训针对性和实效性的意见建议,为下一步深入开展干部教育培训工作提供参考。By analyzing statistically the research results on the needs of education and training of cadres in the safety supervision and inspection system conducted by State Administration of Work Safety, this paper points out the current conditions and main problems of this education and training and puts forward suggestions to enhance its pertinence and effectiveness so as to provide reference for further carrying out the edueat, ion and training of cades in the safety supervision and inspection system.
