人参茎叶总皂苷片联合运动疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎关节疼痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的对人参茎叶总皂苷片、运动疗法、人参茎叶总皂苷片联合运动疗法对强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者关节疼痛功能障碍的改善程度进行观察。方法 90例AS患者随机分为人参茎叶总皂苷片组、运动疗法组、人参茎叶总皂苷片联合运动疗法组各30例。人参茎叶总皂苷片组使用人参茎叶总皂苷片治疗、运动疗法组仅进行运动疗法治疗、人参茎叶总皂苷片联合运动疗法组采用人参茎叶总皂苷片联合运动疗法治疗。治疗90d后对各组患者的疗效及关节疼痛功能障碍指标进行评价。结果人参茎叶总皂苷片联合运动疗法组的总疗效为96.7%,人参茎叶总皂苷片组的总疗效为93.3%,运动疗法组的总疗效为80.0%。人参茎叶总皂苷片联合运动疗法组、人参茎叶总皂苷片组与运动疗法组总疗效比较呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。参茎叶总皂苷片联合运动疗法组、人参茎叶总皂苷片组与运动疗法组治疗前后关节疼痛功能障碍各项观察指标比较呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论人参茎叶总皂苷片联合运动疗法、人参茎叶总皂苷片与运动疗法的疗效显著性差异,未见不良反应。人参茎叶总皂苷片联合运动疗法效果更好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe therapy effects of intermittent dosing of General Ginsenoside in extract of Ginseng stems and leaves tablets combined exercise of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 90 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients were randomly divided into three group, the first group（ the trail group） was given intermittent dosing of General Ginsenoside in extract of Ginseng stems and leaves tablets with exercise therapy , the second group（ the control group） was given General Gin- senoside in extract of Ginseng stems and leaves tablets, and the third group just do exercise, then detect the curative effect and experimental parameters of the treatment of three groups of patients after 90Ds. Results the total curative effect of the trail group was 96.7 percent, The control group was 93.3 percent, There were Significant differences of experimental index parame- ters between the two groups before or after the treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. and compared with the third group , there were also sig- nificant differences of experimental index parameters after the treatment between the treatment groups with exercise group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of the first group and the second group were similar,and had a significance level with the third group, and didnt find side effects in the group of given General Ginsenoside in extract of Ginseng stems and leav- es Tablets with exercise therapy and the group of given General Ginsenoside in extract of Ginseng stems and leaves Tablets.
