康惠尔水胶体敷料用于预防胺碘酮致静脉炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察康惠尔水胶体敷料用于预防胺碘酮致静脉炎的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月-2015年4月医院收治的心律失常使用盐酸胺碘酮的患者114例,随机分为观察组与对照组各57例。观察组采用康惠尔水胶体敷料固定留置针,对照组采用3M透明贴固定留置针,比较2组静脉炎的防治效果。结果观察组静脉炎发生率为17.5%明显低于对照组的84.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组静脉炎发生时间明显较对照组推迟,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康惠尔水胶体敷料可有效预防胺碘酮所致的静脉炎,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hydrocolloid dressings Comfeel in the prevention of phlebi- tis caused by amiodarone. Methods 114 patients with arrhythmia treated with amiodarone hydrochloride were selected, Ran- domly divided into observation group and control group, each of 57 cases. The observation group used Comfeel hydrocolloid dressings fixed indwelling needle,and the control group was fixed with 3M sticker. To compare the preventive effect of 2 groups of phlebitis. Results Incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was 17.5% significantly lower than the control group of 84.2% , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Time of occurrence of phlebitis in the observation group than in the control group significantly delayed, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comfeel hydrocol- loid dressings can effectively prevent phlebitis caused by amiodarone,worthy of clinical application.
