微创锁定接骨板治疗胫骨下端骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨应用微创锁定接骨板治疗胫骨下端骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾采用MIPPO技术治疗胫骨远端骨折的24例患者,分析术后随访患者骨折愈合时间、不良反应等情况。结果：采用Baird-Jackson踝关节评分系统对患者踝关节功能进行评分并随访9~15个月,患者骨折端全部愈合,其中优11例,良8例,可3例,差2例。结论：采用MIPPO技术应用微创锁定接骨板治疗胫骨远端骨折具有骨折端软组织破坏少,固定理想,骨折愈合理想,对踝关节功能干扰少等优点。Objective： To explore the curative effect of minimally invasive locking plate in the treatment of distal tibial frature.Method： 24 cases of patients with distal tibia ffature which were treated by MIPPO technique were reviewed retrospectively.Analysis of postoperative follow-up of patients with fracture healing time, adverse reactions, and so on.Result： All cases were followed up for 9-15 months according to Baird-Jackson ankle function evaluation standard, 11 eases in exeellent, 8 cases in good, 3 cases in approve, 2casesinpoor.Conclusion： MlPPO technology combined with locking compression plate in treating distal tibial fracture operation have advantage of few destruction of the soft tissue, reliable fixation, fast fracture healing, small interference of ankle joint function.
