信息化手段规范下的医院退药行为及思索

摘　　要：目的退药行为作为医院药房规范化管理的一个瓶颈一直困扰着药学工作人员,因此保证药品质量的前提下,利用信息化手段推进安全合理的退药行为存在一定的必要性。方法通过比较和总结手工退药行为与电子化退药行为的利弊,讨论更有效的合理化退药行为。结果信息化手段规范下应该进一步推进电子化的退药行为。结论实行合理安全的退药行为,保障药品质量,以进一步推进医院药房规范化管理。Object ive As a bottleneck of the standardization management of hospital pharmacy, returning drug behavior has haunted pharmaceutical staff. Therefore, it is necessary to use information technology to promote safe and reasonable returning drug behavior under the premise of drug quality. Methods to discuss a more reasonable returning drug behavior by comparing and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of manual returning drug behavior and electronic returning drug behavioral. Results under the information technology, we should further promote the electronic drug withdrawal behavior.
