摘 要:通过溶胶凝胶方法在聚磷酸铵(APP)表面用甲基三乙氧基硅烷改性制得微胶囊包覆的聚磷酸铵(MAPP),采用红外、X射线光电子能谱、扫描电子显微镜、接触角测量仪、激光粒度分析仪和热重分析等对其结构和表面形态进行了表征;通过氧指数、热重分析和微型燃烧量热仪研究了质量分数25%的APP和MAPP对热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,甲基三乙氧基硅烷成功包覆在APP表面,制备的MAPP具有良好的疏水性和热稳定性;MAPP提高了TPU在高温区的热稳定性和成炭量,有效减少燃烧过程中的热释放,氧指数由28%增加到32%。The microencapsulated ammonium polyphosphate (MAPP) was prepared with ammonium polyphos- phate (APP) covered by methyltriethoxysilane using sol-gel method. The comprehensive performances and chemical structure of MAPP were studied through fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) , X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , contact angle meter, laser particle size analyzer and ther- mogravimetric analysis. The effects of APP and MAPP ( 25wt% ) on flame retardancy and thermal stability properties of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) were investigated by limiting oxygen index (LOI), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), microscale combustion calorimeter (MCC) test. The results indicated that the surface of APP was covered by methyl triethoxysilane. The hydrophobicity and thermal stability of MAPP were good. The thermal stability and carbon residue of TPU in the high temperature region were increased and the heat release in the process of combustion was effectively reduced. The LOI value of MAPP/TPU increased from 28% to 32%.
