医保门诊特殊病种补偿方案对患者整体满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨医保门诊特殊病种补偿方案对患者整体满意度的影响。方法对2014年10-12月期间来本院神经内科门诊就诊的患者以随机抽取问卷调查的方式取样，分别观察对比办理医保门诊特殊病种补偿方案患者和未办理特殊病种补偿方案患者对医院的整体满意度。结果共收回调查问卷487份，其中男性298例、女性189例，年龄18～92岁（平均53．4±27．8岁）。医保组共174例，整体满意度（％）为85．32±10．21，而对照组共313例，整体满意度（％）为73．18±15．84；医保组整体满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论医保门诊特殊病种补偿方案有助于增加患者的医从性，提高治疗效果，减轻经济负担，提高患者对医院及医师的整体满意度，医患关系明显改善。Objective To discuss the influence of compensation scheme of medicare outpatient with spe- cial diseases on patients overall satisfaction. Methods We took samples from the random questionnaires distribu- ted to patients who came to the department of neurology of our clinic From October 2014 to December 2014, and compared the overall satisfaction of patients who bought the compensation scheme for special diseases and that of those who did not buy. Results A total of 487 questionnaires were taken back, among which 298 were written by males, 189 by females, aged 18 to 92 years （ with an average age of 53.4 ± 27.8）. The number of people who had heahhcare was 174 whose overall satisfaction was 85.32 ± 10.21 （%）, while the overall satisfaction of the 313 people in the control group was 73.18 ±15.84 （ % ）. The overall satisfaction of the former group was obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compensation scheme of medicare outpatients with special diseases help strengthen patients＇ compliance, improved treatments, reduced economic burden, significantly improved patients overall satisfaction towards hospital and doc- tors, which greatly improved the doctor- patient relationship.
