手术室走动式护工管理监督模式探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨走动式管理监督模式在手术室护工管理中的应用与效果。方法选取科室20名护工为研究对象,于2014年4-10月对其进行走动式管理监督模式,比较前后考核成绩、消毒隔离评分、不良事件率,以及患者和医师的满意度。结果实施走动式管理监督模式后,护工的考核成绩、质量安全评分、消毒隔离评分显著提升(P<0.01);不良事件发生率显著降低(P<0.05);患者和医师的满意度显著提高(P<0.05)。结论走动式管理监督模式有利于提高手术室护工队伍的配合素质,提升安全转运质量,确保手术安全高效进行。Objective To study the application and effect of the management supervision mode by walking around of the operating room assistants （ORA）. Methods 20 ORA were selected as the research object, who was adopted management by walking around supervision mode from April to October of 2014. Comparison was carried out on the assessment result, disinfection isolation score, the rate of adverse events, and the satisfaction degree of the patients and doctors. Results After the implementation of management by walking around supervision mode, there were significant increases in the ORA examination result, the quality and safety evaluation, disinfection and isolation score （P 〈 0.01 ）. The incidence of adverse events decreased significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Patients and doctors＇ satisfaction improved significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Condusion The management supervision mode by walk- ing around is helpful to improve the quality of the ORA team cooperation, to promote the quality of safe operation, and to ensure safe and effieient operation.
