住院收费实行“票款分离”管理模式的做法

摘　　要：住院收费处是负责医院对外医疗收费的主要窗口之一,其特点是资金结算流量大,结算方式多样化。如果流程设计不规范、配套制度不严谨、管理手段不到位都会给资金安全带来隐患。某军队医院根据上级有关资金管理要求,结合业务工作实际和特点对住院收费采取"票款分离"的管理模式,取得较好的管理效果。Inpatient hospital charging service is one of the main windows for hospital external medical fees. Inpatient charging is more complicated by comparison to the outpatient charging because of its heavy flows of fund and the variable billing options. The process design and the supporting system are not rigorous, or the management is insufficient, would bring risks to the security of funds. According to the fund management policy and the actual situation of professional work, the fare separation management mode is introduced and has made many benefits in fund management in certain military hospital.
