摘　　要：住院欠费是各医疗机构普遍存在的社会问题,欠费已影响到医院的建设和发展,也影响到医务人员的工作热情和医疗服务质量,应引起足够的重视。为此,对某军队医院自2000—2014年HIS系统运行以来,地方出院的住院患者的欠费情况进行数据统计,从欠费的发生、欠费的原因和欠费的管理三个方面进行分析并采取相应的措施,最大限度地减少医疗欠费的发生。Inpatient arrearage is a common problem in many hospitals, which has impacted the construc- tion and development of medical institutions, and lowered the work enthusiasm and service quality of medical per- sonnel. The article counted up the data of inpatients arrearage from the local patients between 2000 and 2014 in certain military hospital. The author analyzed the situation, cause and management of the arrearage issues, and put forward corresponding countermeasures, so as to decrease the occurrence of medical treatment arrearage as possible as we can.
