摘  要:目的探讨海勤疗养员对疗养期间疗养服务工作的满意度情况,并寻找存在的问题及解决办法。方法采用自行设计的《疗养服务满意情况调查表》对海勤疗养员进行满意度调查,调查内容包括医护服务、后勤保障、疗养活动安排、总体满意度等4个方面27项具体内容。结果海勤疗养员对疗养服务总体质量非常认可,满意度达4.64分。满意度较高的前5位依次是医护巡诊、入院情况介绍、医师的工作态度、疗养环境和理疗满意度,满意度均在4.70分以上;满意度较低的后5位依次是体疗、文化娱乐活动、文体活动场地与设施、票务保障和景观治疗。结论通过对疗养服务满意度高和低的原因分析,就4个方面提出可以有效提高海勤疗养员疗养满意度的方法。Objective To discuss the satisfaction of naval convalescent servants for convalesce services, and find out the existing issues and solutions. Methods Satisfaction of naval convalescent servants for convalesce services was surveyed with the self - designed questionnaires. Five aspects and twenty - seven details surveyed, in- cluding medical and nursing service, logistical support, schedule of convalesce and overall satisfaction. Results Naval convalescent servants were very recognized the overall satisfaction, and the satisfaction degree was 4.64. The doctor clinics, introduction of hospital admissions, doctors working attitude, convalesce environment and satisfac- tion of physiotherapy had the higher satisfactions score whose satisfaction degree were all above 4.70. The physical therapy, cultural and recreational activities, cultural and sports venues and facilities, ticketing security and land- scape treatment had lower satisfaction score. Conclusion To analysis the reason of convalesce satisfaction score we can improve convalesce satisfaction of convalescent naval servants in four items
