摘 要:我国临床医学生的培养目标和培养方式正在逐步转变,由上海地区向全国范围推广的三年住院医师规范化培训的培养改革模式正逐步改变传统医学生的培养理念,新的"5+3"的培养模式将引领我国的医学教育更加侧重对医学生临床操作和动手能力的培养。针对这一积极有益的培养模式改革,结合临床医院现有的教学条件和特点,更好、更有效地提升医学生临床操作水平,已经成为一项亟需解决的教学实践课题;本文针对这一问题,进行了教学实践研究,提出较为有效的组训模式和教学方式方法。At present, the training objectives and methods of medical students are gradually changing in China. The three years residency standardized training reform model in Shanghai has been in nationwide promotion, which is gradually changing the concept of the traditional culture of medical students. The new "5 + 3" training model will lead our medical education more focus on the training of medical students' clinical practice and practical ability. In response to this positive and beneficial training mode reform and clinical hospital of the existing teaching conditions and characteristics, it has become an urgent problem to solve that how to better and more effectively im- prove the level of medical students' clinical practice. Aiming at this problem, the article put forward a number of new, more effective model of training and teaching methods based on a lot of positive and useful research teaching practice.
