基于急诊外伤救治平台卫勤训练的做法

摘　　要：为军队医院应急医疗分队卫勤训练推向常态化,本文着重介绍以急诊外伤救治为平台,推进日常卫勤救治训练走向实练化的方法。此训练方法能将卫勤训练有机地融入为日常工作的一部分;既能有效缓解工训矛盾,又能有效提升医疗队员的专科救治能力和综合救治能力。通过训练使得受训队员基本上达到一专多能,一人多用的训练目的。Currently, the health service training of emergency medical detachment in military hospital has been the normal state. The article introduced one training method based on emergency trauma treatment platform, which could promote the routine health service treatment training to actual combat. This training method could fuse the health service training into daily work of hospital, which could not only relieve the contradiction of daily work and routine training, but also improve the special and comprehensive treatment capabilities. Through the training process based on this platform, the trainees could grasp multiple kinds of treatment skills, and achieve the aim of training comprehensive talent.
