心理护理干预对首诊眼科Ⅱ型糖尿病患者治疗的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预对首诊眼科Ⅱ型糖尿病患者治疗的影响.方法将一定时期内首诊眼科门诊、经内分泌确诊为Ⅱ型糖尿病的48例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组23例,对照组25例.对照组实施一般治疗和护理,观察组在一般治疗和护理基础上实施心理护理干预,干预一段时间后,比较两组患者住院期间负性情绪和依从性及血糖控制情况.结果观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组,血糖控制明显优于对照组.结论心理护理干预对首诊于眼科的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者具有明显的改善作用.Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the treatment of type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus patients who were first diagnosed. Method After the first visit to the Department of Ophthalmology in a certain period, 48 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group with 23 cases and control group with 25 cases. The control group was treated with general nursing and treatment, and the observation group was treated with nursing intervention on the basis of general treatment and nursing. During hospitalization,the negative emotions and compliance,blood glucose control were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the control of blood glucose was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention has obvious effect on the treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus patients who were first diagnosed.
