摘　　要：通过对阿勒泰地区青和县大果沙棘根围土样中AM真菌的研究,分离鉴定出6种AM菌根真菌:缩球囊霉(Glomus constrictum Trappe)、地球囊霉(Glomus geosporum Gerdemann,J.W and J.M.Trappe)、摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae Gerdemann&Trappe)、单孢球囊霉(Glomus monosporum Gerd.&Trappe)、根内球囊霉(Glomus intraradices Schenck&Smith)、沙荒球囊霉(Glomus deserticola Trappe,Bloss et Menge),并对其形态进行了描述。From the soil samples of Hippophae rhamnoides L.in the Altay region of Qinghe county,we isolated and identified six arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.Those species are Glomus constrictum Trappe,Glomus geosporum Gerdemann,J.W and J.M.Trappe,Glomus mosseae Gerdemann Trappe,Glomus monosporum Gerd. Trappe,Glomus intraradices Schenck Smith,Glomus deserticola Trappe,Bloss et Menge,And the main morphological characters of the those species were described.
