摘　　要：在省区范围内有必要建设天然气区域干管网络(区域管网,或称省网)。区域管网上连输气干线,下连城镇输配管网,运行工况呈现多样性。区域管网在管网设施结构、功能和建设、运营方面应有独立性,其供气可靠性应主要依赖多气源点供气,完整的组成需要包含储气设施。区域管网在结构和运营方面需要与干线管网整合。区域管网规划有别于长输管道或城镇管网,区域管网的建设需要结合气源发展条件、用气市场预测、用气负荷分布和地理特征等并进行工况分析。It is necessary to construct a regional natural gas pipeline network （hereafter referred to as regional pipeline network or provincial pipeline network） in the scope of a province in China. The regional pipeline network connects to main gas transmission pipelines upstream and to city distribution networks downstream, and its operating conditions are manifold. The regional pipeline network should be independent in the network structure, function, construction and operation. The reliability of the regional pipeline network mainly relies on multi-source gas supply, and its complete composition should include gas storage facilities. At the same time, the regional pipeline network needs to be integrated with main pipelines in structure and operation. The planning of the regional pipeline network is different from that of long-distance gas transmission pipelines or city distribution networks, and its construction has to be combined the development conditions of gas sources, gas consumption market prediction, gas consumption load distribution and geographic feature and so on. The hydraulic regime analysis of the regional pipeline network should be carried out.
