摘　　要：目的:研究P16、CyclinD1和PKC-α在结肠癌组织中的表达及其与结肠癌临床指标的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P染色方法检测P16、CyclinD1和PKC-α在70例结肠癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达。结果:结肠癌组织中P16蛋白阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织,CyclinD1和PKC-α阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义。结论:结肠癌的发生与CyclinD1、PKC-α高表达和P16低表达均有关,P16蛋白可作为结肠癌早期诊断、临床生物学行为和预后评估的重要指标。Objective： To study the expressions of P16,CyclinD1 and PKC-α in colon caranoma tissues,and the their relationships with clinical index of colon carcinoma. Method： S-P immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of P16,CyclinD1 and PKC-α in 70 case of colon carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues. Results： Possitive rate of P16 protein expression in colon carcinoma tissue was obviously lower than that in adjacent tissue,positive rate of CyclinD1 and PKC-α expressions were obviuosly higher than that in adjacent tissues. There were significant differences. Conclusions： The occurrence of the colon carcinoma has relation with high expressions of CyclinD1 and PKC-α,and the low expression of P16. P16 protein can be used as the important index of early diagnosis of colon carcinoma,clinical biological behavior and prognostic evaluation.
