摘　　要：氧化应激、自由基损伤、血管损伤等是周围神经缺血再灌注损伤发生的重要原因。硫辛酸是一种天然的万能抗氧化剂,可以清除自由基和活性氧,螯合金属离子,再生其他抗氧化剂。通过减少或抑制自由基的增多,减轻神经内氧化应激状态,保护神经营养血管,增加神经营养血管的血流量,加快神经传导速度等机制改善周围神经缺血再灌注损伤。Oxidative stress,free radical damage,vascular injury is a major cause of peripheral nerve ischemia-reperfusion injury.Lipoic acid is a natural universal antioxidant,can scavenge free radicals and reactive oxygen species,chelate metal ions,and regenerate other antioxidants. Peripheral nerve ischemia and reperfusion injury was improvedby reducing or suppressing an increase in free radicals,reducing oxidative stress within the nerve, protecting neurovascular, increasing neurovascular blood flow, accelerating nerve conduction velocity and other mechanisms.
