摘 要:本文使用2013全国城市务工青年工作与生活状况调查数据,采用主成分分析法(PCA)和OLS回归分析法,对影响新生代农民工就业能力的因素进行实证研究。利用PCA模型综合评价新生代农民工就业能力,得出主成分综合得分;使用OLS回归模型进行回归,分析新生代农民工就业能力综合评价得分与各维度下的解释变量之间的关系。结果发现,新生代农民就业能力与其正直诚实、积极态度和举止、社会关系、自我分析和相关工作经验五个变量呈现显著正相关关系,表明新生代农民工正直诚实、态度和举止积极、社会关系良好、善于自我分析、相关工作经验较多,则其就业能力就强。与其直接照顾责任、职位部门、工作时间三个变量呈现显著的负相关关系,表明直接照顾责任越大,工作时间越长,新生代农民工的就业能力越弱。相对于私营企业而言,在其他所有制类型的企业中就业的新生代农民工就业能力要更强一些。为此,提出了如下政策建议:增加人力资本的投资力度;政府应该督促企业切实落实最低工资制度,推广实施最低小时工资制;重视用人单位对就业能力提升的重要作用。This article used the 2013 working and living conditions survey data of National Urban youth workers,using PCA and OLS regression analysis methods made an empirical research on the employability status of the new generation of migrant workers.First,using principal component analysis model made a comprehensive evaluation of the new generation of migrant workers' employability,gaining comprehensive assessment score F of employability,and then using OLS regression model analyzed the relationship between the comprehensive assessment scores of new generation of migrant workers' employability and three levels of explanatory variables including personal factors,environmental factors and external factors.On the basis of empirical analysis,we draw the following conclusions:(1) The employability of the new generation of migrant workers showed a significant positive correlation with variables including their integrity,honesty,positive attitude and behavior.The new generation of migrant workers' morality,personality and attitude towards life directly determined the level of their employability.Those upright and honest,positive and optimistic ones doing well in the self-analysis of the situation tended to show a higher employability.(2)The new generation of migrant workers' employability has a more significant positive correlation to their social relations,relevant work experience,i.e.,the better the social relations and relevant work experience,the stronger the new generation of migrant workers' employability.(3) When considered the child care responsibilities(number of children) as explanatory variables into the model,did not draw significant results.This paper argued,with the implementation of family planning policy,the number of children in rural areas had significant decreasing trend.Meanwhile the new generation of migrant workers were younger,and many had no children,so relatively speaking,the the responsibility of taking care of children was smaller,thus effect on their employment capacity w
