摘  要:催化裂化(FCC)油浆本身主要由芳烃、胶质、稠环芳烃和沥青质组成,是针状焦、碳纤维、重交道路沥青、增塑剂的基本成分。但是必须分离掉存在于油浆中的固体颗粒,才能够使之成为高附加值产品的基本原料,国内外大量学者和业界人士从事这方面研究工作,作者从工业实践角度对此作了简要报道。并且针对FCC油浆的特性,指出助剂沉降法与助滤剂过滤法相结合,是FCC油浆固液分离的理想方法。Fluid Catalytic Cracking( FCC) slurry oil is consisted mainly by aromatics,colloids,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and asphaltenes. It is also the basic elements of needle coke,activated carbon fiber,road asphalt and plasticizer. However,only when solid particles must be removed from the slurry oil,can it become the basic raw materials of high- added value products. Based on the research of a large number of domestic and foreign scholars and professionals in this area,the author gives the brief report from the perspective of industrial practice. The ideal method for FCC slurry separation is to combine auxiliary sedimentation method with filtering method according to characteristics of FCC oil slurry.
