摘　　要：按照国家标准钼酸铵分光光度法测定空气中磷酸,在做方法确认时发现空白管显色颜色很深,标准系列颜色没有明显变化,都显深蓝色,通过对该法进行探讨,对试剂的浓度和加入量进行了改进,改进后方法的精密度和准确度都能满足要求,方法容易操作、色阶明显。According to the determination of phosphoric acid in the air of national standard ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method,in doing method validation is found to be very deep in the blank tube,there is no obvious change in the standard series,all blue,the method is discussed by this method,the concentration and the quantity of the reagent were improved,the precision and accuracy of the improved method can meet the requirements,it is easy to operate with obvious color.
