摘 要:对光合细菌生长条件进行了优化。通过正交实验,得出光合细菌最适生长条件:光强2000 lx,盐度0 g/L,温度30℃,p H=8.0。研究粉末及颗粒活性炭对光合细菌去除废水中氮磷的影响,同时研究了活性炭添加量对氮磷去除率的影响。结果表明,添加粉末活性炭后光合细菌对氨氮和磷的去除率分别达到了87.5%和61.1%,去除率分别提高了13.6%和4.7%。粉末活性炭的投加量以2 g/L为宜。投加活性炭后光合细菌的生长速率提高到0.478。The optimum conditions of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) were optimized in the paper. With the orthogonal designed experiment, the optimum culture condition for PSB was obtained that: illumination intensity was 2000 Lx; salinity was 0 g/L; temperature was 30 ℃; pHvalue was 8.0. By using immobilized PSB on powered activated carbon (PAC) and granular activated carbon (GAC), Removal of nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater were studied in the present investigation. The influences of PAC dosage on treatment efficiency were discussed. The results showed removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus could obtained 87.5 % and 61.1% by using PAC+PSB, which improved 13.6 % and 4.7 %. The best dosage of PAC was 2 g/L. In addition, GAC could improve PSB growth efficiency. The growth rate of GAC+PSB was 0.478.
