摘 要:合成了重金属捕收剂主剂ME-1,并对其进行复配得到复合捕收剂系列.用捕收剂系列进行实验室配制重金属废水条件试验,并进行了郴州某公司复杂重金属废水处理研究.考察了四种重金属捕收剂在单一金属Cd离子条件下和多种重金属离子共存条件下对含Cd废水的处理效果.结果表明,在处理时间为12 min,捕收剂加入量为理论用量的1.2倍,pH为2~7时处理效果较好,处理后的废水Cd浓度能达到国家排放标准,多种金属离子共存情况下捕收剂的捕收效果依然良好.综合考虑使用条件、效率、效益等因素,最终确定ME-2为最佳重金属捕收剂.该处理方法工艺简单,费用较低,处理效果良好,可广泛用于选矿、电镀、冶炼及造纸等行业的含多种重金属的废水的处理.ME-1, a heavy metal capturing agent, was synthesized, and its composite was prepared by a series of composite collectors. Comprehensively considering the use of conditions, efficiency, benefit and other factors, the final determination of ME-2 is the best metal capture agent. The process is simple, the cost is low, the treatment effect is good, Can be widely used for the treatment of wastewater containing a variety of heavy metals in Mineral processing, electroplating, smelting, paper and other industries.
