摘　　要：针对蔬果中农药多残留问题,本实验采用QuEChERS方法提取和LC/MS/MS检测了苹果中105农药残留,并对苹果基质进行加标回收率的测试,结果显示,105种农药加标回收率在60％～120％,RSD小于20％,本实验证明QuEChERS和LC/MS/MS联用的方法快速检测多种农药残留.The problem of pesticide residues in Vegetable and Fruits, the experiment using QuEChERS extraction and LC/MS/MS detection the 105 pesticide residues in apple, and apple matrix standard addition recovery rate test, the results show that 105 pesticide recoveriers ranged from 60 %~120 % （n=3） with the RSD from 2 % to 20 % （n=3）. The method is proved to be quick and effective detection 105 peticide residues.
