摘　　要：传统的SF_6气体分解产物检测方法在精确度方面存在一定的不足。针对该问题,文章研发了一种新的SF_6分解产物色谱检测仪,并详细论述了该系统的结构、工作原理,重点研究了该色谱仪对SF_6气体中的典型分解产物SO_2、CO、SO_2F_2以及CF_4的定性和定量分析方法。结果表明该气相色谱对SO_2、CO、SO_2F_2以及CF_4的出峰效果较好,其保留时间能与背景气SF_6得到有效区分,检测限均可达ppm级。There is a certain lack of the accuracy in the traditional measurement of main products of SF6 gas. Due to the problems, the paper introduces a monitoring system of main product in SF6. It explains the structure of system and the principle of work, especially the qualitative and quantitative analysis of main products of SFr. The results show that the peak of SO,, CO, SO2F2 and CF4 is better, and the detection limit achieve trace levels.
