摘　　要：学风建设必须紧紧围绕明确学生学习目的、端正学习态度与严肃学习纪律来进行。本文针对新疆工程学院学生实际学风状况,阐述了学院学风存在的问题并在此基础上提出了加强和改进学院学风建设的对策。The construction of the study style must be aimed to make students＇ learning objectives clear, correct learning attitudes and enforce serious discipline. Based on the actual situation of students in Xinjiang Engineering College, this paper expounds the problems existing in the college and then puts forward countermeasures to strength- en and improve the study style.
