中国面向东盟实施对外汉语网络教育的总体战略研究

摘  要:中国面向东盟对外汉语网络教育的推广既是时代赋予汉语教育工作者的使命,也是国家汉语国际推广区域布局的必然要求。为加深对东盟国家的了解,为加强中国和东盟的经济合作和文化交流,弘扬中华文化,提升中国的软实力和文化影响力,满足东盟国家不断增多的汉语学习者的需要,发展中国面向东盟对外汉语网络教育应选择建立和完善相关政策法规环境战略、采用对外汉语网络教育和汉语水平网络考试商品营销战略、采取低成本运作的发展战略、品牌经营的发展战略、持续创新的发展战略、基地化建设的发展战略和小语种国际化课程建设的发展战略。The online education of Chinese as a foreign language to ASEAN countries is not only a mission for Chinese educators in the 21st century, but also a requirement of the regional arrangement for the international pro- motion of Chinese. In order to deepen the understanding of ASEAN countries, to strengthen the economic cooperation and cultural exchange with ASEAN countries, to promote Chinese culture and improve China's soft strength and exert cultural influence on ASEAN countries, to make efforts to meet the need of the growing learners of Chinese in ASEAN countries,the development of online education of Chinese as a foreign language to ASEAN countries must implement a series of strategies: establishing and consummating policies and regulations environment, adopting low- cost operations, taking online Chinese education and online HSK as a marketable commodity, raising brand name op- eration, continuing creation and innovation, building highland bases and developing international Chinese programs in minority languages.
