摘　　要：当前阶段,国内外对ERP(事件相关电位)技术正在进行不断深入的研究,而事件相关电位P300则是用来测量认知功能的最常用指标,经过50多年的发展历程,国内外对其了解也不断深入;其安全、客观、无副作用等特点使其在临床与基础研究中得到越来越广泛的应用。本文对P300研究状况进行了概述,并总结了其影响因素及临床运用。In the current stage, the ERP at home and abroad are in - depth research constantly, and the event related potential P300 is commonly used as an indicator to measure the cognitive function. After 50 years of devel- opment, the characteristics of safety, objectively, without side effects make it get more and more widely in clinical and basic research. In this paper, the P300 was summarized and summed up its influence factors and the clinical ap- plication.
