摘　　要：地震是危及人民生命财产安全的突发性自然灾害之一,它不仅能造成直接的建筑物破坏及人员伤亡,还可能引发水、火、疾病等严重的次生灾害。伴随着现代化发展的进程,城市建设中涌现了越来越多的必不可少的重要设施,这些设施一旦遭到破坏,整个城市将面临瘫痪的危险,其损失会远远超出地震的直接破坏,于是人们形象的称其为生命线工程。Earthquake is one of the sudden natural disasters that endanger people＇s life and property security ,it can not only cause direct damage to buildings and casualties, but also may lead to serious secondary disasters such as water, fire, and other diseases. With the development of modernization, more and more cities are emerging, once they are destroyed, the whole city is confronted with the danger of paralysis.
