摘　　要：中小物流企业是内蒙古物流业的主体,其发展状况直接影响物流产业的竞争力,进一步决定区域经济的发展水平。文章通过对内蒙古地区典型物流企业进行调研,获得其发展的第一手资料,通过梳理,得到内蒙古地区中小物流企业的发展状况。调研的内容主要包括:企业的基本经营状况、企业的人力资源情况、企业的经营环境、企业的基础设施情况、企业的前景预测等五个方面。得出内蒙古地区物流企业多、小、散的特点和服务能力较弱的结论,以期能够为内蒙古物流产业政策的制定及中小物流企业发展提供借鉴。The medium and small-sized logistics enterprises are the main body of Inner Mongolia logistics industry. Their development infects the logistics industry competitiveness directly, and then determining the level of regional economic development. Through investigating and researching the Inner Mongolia typical logistics enterprises, the first-hand information is gotten. On base of these, this paper summarizes the development situation of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Inner Mongoha. Investigating and researching contents mainly include five aspects such as the basic operating conditions, the human resources situa- tion, the operating environment, the condition of fundamental facility, and the outlook of the enterprises. Then it puts up with that logistics enterprises in Inner Mongolia are big in number, small in scale, scattered in organization, and their service ability are weak. It is hoped to provide reference for formulating logistics industry policy and improving small and medium-sized logistics enterprises development.
