省属免费师范生报考动机与职业规划的相关研究——以河北师范大学为例

摘　　要：免费师范生选择师范生免费教育的首要原因是"就业有保障",而非"喜欢教师职业",他们愿意到农村中小学任教的比例非常低。因此免费师范生培养院校和主管部门在重视免费师范生专业知识能力和从师综合技能培养的同时,更应加强其职业理想和职业道德教育,结合实际不断完善招生、就业等相关政策制度,切实提高优秀农村教师的待遇。The main cause of free normal students to choose iree education is “job security” rather than ＂love being a teacher＂. The ratio of the students who are willing to go to rural primary and sec- ondary school for teaching is very low. Therefore,free normal training colleges and departments need not only to pay attention to cultivating free normal students＂ professional knowledge and ability,but also strengthening their professional ideals and occupational ethics education. Policies of enrollment and employ- ment need to be completed,and excellent rural teachers＂ treatment improved.
