摘　　要：河北省阜城县韩关地裂缝的出现给当地人民的生命财产造成了很大的威胁和损失。文章阐述了韩关地裂缝的发育形态、分布特征以及地质灾害危害程度,分析了地裂缝的影响因素及形成机理,预测了地裂缝发展趋势,提出了防治地裂缝的措施和建议,为防灾减灾提供了科学依据。Hanguan Ground fissure located in Fucheng County, Hebei Province, and it has already made huge damage of life and property to the local people. In distribution of the ground fissure and harm it has made are described, mechanism ment tendency predicted, prevention and control measurements put forward thus was first found in 1993 the paper morphology, of it analyzed, develop- provides scientific basis for prevention and reduction of the geological disasters.
