摘　　要：介绍了膜法除硝技术在氯碱盐水生产中的应用情况,并结合膜法除硝装置的实际应用,分别选择对除硝预处理的pH值控制、ORP控制、进膜淡盐水硫酸钠的调节、浓缩液中硫酸钠含量及拦截率、除硝离心母液中硫酸钠回收进冷冻系统等方面阐述膜法除硝系统及其工艺控制特点。This paper introduces the application of nitrate removal technology in brine for chlor alkali production of membrane method, and combined with the practical application membrane denitration device,were selected for nitrate removal by pretreatment of pH control, ORP control, in addition to nitrate pretreatment in the membrane of salt water regulation of sodium sulfate the content of sodium sulfate,concentrated liquid and interception rate, in addition to the recovery of nitrate sodium sulfate centrifugal mother liquid in the refrigeration system of 4 aspects such as membrane denitration system and process control.
