摘  要:本文提出了一种基于超声乳化-悬浮有机溶剂固化微萃取-分光光度法测定药片及人血清中爱普列特含量的方法。在超声的帮助下,萃取剂1-十一醇在待测样品水溶液中产生乳化现象,从而可定量萃取水相中的爱普列特。萃取率在90.0%以上,富集倍数为20。对实验条件进行了优化,在优化条件下,工作曲线的线性范围为0.025~1.5μg·m L^(-1),检测限为0.0038μg·m L^(-1),加标回收率为95.0%~109.3%。用本方法对爱普列特药片和人血清样品进行了测定,结果令人满意。A simple, sensitive, and effective method of ultrasound-assisted emulsification of solidified floating organic drop microex- traction(USE-SFODME) coupled to UV spectroscopy for the determination of epristeride(EP) in tablet and human serum was estab- lished. The extraction procedure was induced by the emulsification of 1-undecanol,which was composed of fine drops of 1-undecanol dispersed entirely into sample solution with help of uhrasonication and EP can be extracted into 1-undecanol. The extraction effi- ciency was over 90. 0% and 20-fold enrichment factor was obtained. Several important parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were studied and optimized. Under the optimized conditions, a linear calibration curve was obtained in the range of O. 025-1.5μg·mL^-1. The detection limit was 0. 0038μg.mL^-1. The proposed method was successfully applied to EP tablet and human serum sam- pies and good spiked recoveries in the range of 95. 0%-109. 3% were obtained.
