摘　　要：[目的]了解临床护士对癌性静脉血栓栓塞护理预防知信行的现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用癌性静脉血栓栓塞护理预防知信行问卷对南通市3所三级甲等医院486名护士进行调查。[结果]护士癌性静脉血栓栓塞相关知识、信念及行为平均得分率较低,分别为42.24%、54.73%、30.27%。护龄、是否夜班、在职是否接受过相关培训、是否护理过癌性静脉血栓栓塞病人是护士癌性静脉血栓栓塞相关知识得分的影响因素。知识得分是护士癌性静脉血栓栓塞护理预防信念得分的影响因素。知识得分、是否护理过癌性静脉血栓栓塞病人、是否缺乏预防癌性静脉血栓栓塞的护理流程、是否认为癌性静脉血栓栓塞护理预防操作复杂、在职是否接受过相关培训是护士癌性静脉血栓栓塞护理预防行为得分的影响因素。[结论]临床护士癌性静脉血栓栓塞护理预防知信行水平较差,开展护士培训、制订相关流程、加强监督等有效措施可以提高护士癌性静脉血栓栓塞护理预防知信行水平。Objective：To know about the status quo of Knowledge-Attitude-Behavior of clinical nurses on nursing prevention of cancer VTE and its influencing factors.Methods：A total of 486 nurses were investigated from 3third-grade A hospitals in Nantong city by using cancer VTE nursing prevention KAB questionnaire.Results：The average scores of related knowledge,attitude and behavior of nurses on cancer VTE were lower,they were respectively 42.24%,54.73% and 30.27%.Nursing age,whether attempted night shift or not,on-the-job related training or not and caring cancer patients with VTE or not were influencing factors of cancer VTE related knowledge score of nurses.The knowledge score was the influencing factor of prevention attitude score of nurses on cancer VTE prevention.The knowledge score,whether ever cared cancer patients with VTE or not,whether lacked the nursing process of cancer VTE prevention or not,whether thinking the operation of cancer VTE prevention complex or not,whether received on-the-job training or not were the influencing factors of nursing prevention behavior on cancer VTE.Conclusion：The level of KAB of nurses on cancer VTE nursing prevention was poor.The effective measures including carrying out the nurse training and establishing related process and strengthening supervision can improve the nurses＇ KAB level on cancer VTE nursing prevention.
