个性化康复指导在老年病人膝关节置换术围术期中的应用及护理

摘　　要：[目的]探讨责任护士在老年病人膝关节置换围术期实行个性化康复指导的护理方法及措施。[方法]选择我科进行人工全膝关节置换术的老年重度膝骨性关节炎病人28例,责任护士在手术前后进行全面的系统评估,制订个性化康复护理计划并加以实施。[结果]本组28例病人均手术成功,无并发症发生。术后随访6个月至2年,膝关节活动度均达到要求,并可负重行走,能够满足病人日常生活的需要,病人均反馈对护理工作满意。[结论]责任制护理模式中应用个性化康复指导理念能很好地增进护患关系,促进病人康复,减少并发症的发生。Objective：To probe into responsibility of nurses carrying out the nursing methods and measures of individualized rehabilitation guidance in elderly patients with knee joint replacement in perioperative period.Methods：A total of 28 cases of elderly severe knee osteoarthritis undergoing total knee arthroplasty in our department were selected.The responsibility of nurses carried out the comprehensive and systematic evaluation before and after surgery,to make the individualized rehabilitation nursing plan and to implement.Results：All 28 cases had successful operation,and no complications occurred.After postoperative follow-up for 6months to 2years,the knee joint mobility met the requirements and could walk with load,could meet the needs of the patients＇ daily life;patients were satisfied with the nursing job.Conclusion：The application of individualized rehabilitation guidance idea in responsibility system nursing model could well improve the relationship between nurses and patients,to promote patients＇ recovery and reduce complications.
