摘　　要：目的 探讨大顶骨孔的CT表现及分型。方法 分析3个家族10例大顶骨孔的CT资料并复习文献。结果大顶骨孔根据骨质缺损的数目可分为单孔型,双孔型及多孔型。10例中,单孔型2例,双孔型7例,多孔型1例。CT表现为圆形或类圆形的顶骨骨质缺损,单发或多发,直径1~5cm,边缘光滑、锐利。结论 大顶骨孔有典型的CT表现,可以作出正确诊断。Objective To analyze CT appearance of enlarged parietal foramina and to discuss its classification. Methods CT data of 10 patients with enlarged parietal foramina in three families were analyzed retrospectively, and the relative liter ature was reviewed. Results Enlarged parietal foramina could be divided into single orifice type （n= 2）, double orifice type （n=7） and multiple orifice type （n= 1） according to number of bone defects. CT appearance presented as round or o- val bone defects within parietal bones with well-defined margins, single or multiple in number, 1~5 cm in size. Conclusion CT features of enlarged parietal foramina are releatively specific, which may be helpful in confirming the diagnosis.
