摘 要:干法选煤气固流化床的密度基于煤粉质量分数调节,本文研究了1.5-0.5mm煤粉在宽粒级加重质流化床中的分布特性.实验结果表明,1.5-0.9mm煤粉与0.3-0.06mm磁铁矿粉的混合物不宜作为气固流化床分选的加重质,为了抑制1.5-0.9mm煤粉对床层流压性能的不良影响,其质量分数不应超过3.09%.0.9-0.7mm煤粉可以作为加重质的一部分,但是其比例不宜超过5.12%.0.7-0.5mm煤粉能和所用磁铁矿粉均匀混合,作为加重质进行分选.因此,采用0.3-0.06mm颗粒比例不小于80%的-0.3mm磁铁矿粉作为加重质,基于-1mm煤粉质量分数调节流化床密度是合理的.提出了强化煤粉在流化床中均匀分布的优化方案,为流化床密度调控提供了依据.The density of a gas-solid fluidized bed for dry coal beneficiation should be adjusted by the fine coal mass percentage.The distribution characteristics of 1.5—0.5mm fine coal in fluidized beds containing wide-size-range medium solids were investigated in this paper.The experimental results show that the mixture of 1.5—0.9mm coal and 0.3—0.06 mm magnetite powder is unsuitable to be used as medium solids in gas-solid fluidized bed.To avoid the negative effect on fludization performance,the mass percentage of 1.5—0.9mm fine coal should be no more than 3.09%.0.9—0.7mm fine coal can be used as part of the medium solids,but the proportion should be controlled within 5.12%.0.7—0.5mm fine coal can be uniformly mixed with the magnetite powder as medium solids during dry beneficiation of coal.Therefore,magnetite powder less than 0.3mm,which contains more than 80% of 0.3—0.06 mm particles,can be utilized as medium solids.Furthermore,it is reasonable to adjust the density of fluidized bed by changing the mass percentage of fine coal with particle size less than 1mm.The optimization schemes for enhancing the uniformity of fine-coal distribution across the bed were proposed,which would provide a foundation for adjusting the density of the bed.
